I MISS YOU GUYS!

Hi everyone!! This is megy, writing to you from a closet in NYC. For those of you who don't know, I moved here to do an internship with Twinkle. I wanted to write to everyone, including the whole Stitch team, to tell them how much I adore my memories of having worked there for the past 2 years- from Silly Stitchers to Randy's mom Gigi, from dyeing yarn amidst a Ben Harper sing-a-long to being inspired by so many customer's ideas..! I got drunk on sisterhood- I don't think I could ever be happier. Anyway, wanted to as well send a photo of the cutest hat that Lisi found the pattern for. It's awesome crocheted up in a nice, cool summer fiber, like linen or bamboo or cotton. Go to the Stitch, kiss them for me and make this cutey hat happen to you too!

HOLD THIS DATE: Where else would our BFF Share Ross launch her amazing new book, but at her favorite knitting store (and yours)--The Stitch Cafe? How cute this little Alpaca Shrug is, no?

Isn't it cute? Tracy Kincheloe made it and will be TEACHING how to this coming Saturday, February 24th from 1-3. It's made of Misti Alpaca's Chunky weight, so it knits up fast..! It takes 2 balls of the Misti.. There's also the long-sleeved version which takes 3 balls. Class is $30 with a $15 credit towards the yarn you use for the project. Call us to sign up!
